• How do I ask my 1st order in

Before placing your first order you must register on our website. Registration is a simple and quick process. You must add the products you want to the shopping cart. Once you have all the products added, simply finish the order indicating the address of delivery and billing, choose the shipping and payment method available.

  • Calculate shipping costs

To calculate the value of the goods, after adding the products to the cart, click on the final purchase. In the field estimate shipping cost, select the country and place of delivery, the value will automatically appear according to your choice.

If you are already registered on our website with your updated address, log in to your account and simply follow the wizard until finalizing your order, where you can choose another delivery address different from the billing address if you are already registered, or you can add another at the time. You can have as many delivery addresses as you wish. The value of the freight will be calculated according to your choice.

  • How to process the deliveries?

The transport of our products are made by own transport or by a specialized logistics partner in the delivery at the address given when made products.   • Assembling furniture:

  • Delivery times:

Delivery times are the ones that appear next to each product and are purely indicative. The times may vary according to the chosen product and delivery area and are always approximate, out of continental Portugal may exceed the time indicated.

Outside Europe, the shipping time may be longer according to the carriers and / or brokers.

The order receipt:
In order to ensure quality delivery of products shipped, I advise you to do a control check to check any damage caused in transport. If the product is found damaged, please take pictures and send photos to the email: within 24 hours so you can trigger the transport insurance.

The signature on the delivery note assumes that the verification has been carried out and all products are in perfect condition. If it is not possible for you to confirm the status of the order at the time, please put it on the transport guide of the carrier "WITH RESERVE", otherwise we cannot claim damages to the carrier and as such, we cannot assume the damages.

Will not accept any package received in our facilities without Sender ID, or sent to the collection!

  • Error sending of the order:
