Beacon mattress holder

The beacon for mattress support is ideal for beds with lifting mattress, preventing the mattress from slipping when carrying. It is made of 8mm chromed round iron. When applied it is 11 cm high which are sufficient to give the necessary support.

The application is made easily by simply drilling the platform with two 9mm holes in the place where you will apply the beacon. Note that the drilling should not be centered with the middle of the pipe, and should be more at the outside end due to the curve of the iron that will stay inside the pipe. We advise you to support the beacon in the position it will be in to see where it should be bored, bearing in mind that the ends of the beacon that will enter the tube face the inside of the bed.

For mattresses up to 140 cm wide you can only apply one beacon, but for larger mattresses we recommend the application of two beacons, one on each side at the head of the platform to prevent the mattress from slipping to one side.
